MEET LEX

Hello! I'm Alexis Maxwell, previously known as Alexis Ruff. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, I married my husband, Colton, in August 2024 at the Carnegie Museum. It was truly the best day ever—I absolutely loved being a bride.

The entire wedding planning process allowed me to explore my creative side and see my dreams come to life as I designed and organized my special day. Becoming a bride was one of the most magical and meaningful experiences of my life. My wedding day was more than a celebration- it was an expression of who I am: creative, designed focused, and deeply sentimental.

The Carnegie Museum was the perfect setting for elegance, black-tie affair I had always dreamed of. Its architecture and atmosphere aligned perfectly with my love for sophistication and timeless beauty. As someone who adores fashion and design curating every element of the day came naturally to me.

MEET LIZ

Hi! I'm Elizabeth Hansen, previously known as Elizabeth Defide. I’m born and raised in Pittsburgh and married my husband Stephen on August 17, 2024 at St. Paul Cathedral. Our reception was at the Omni William Penn with 250 of our favorite people.

I fell in love with weddings and the wedding industry planning my own wedding by myself and knew I needed to be involved more permanently. If I could describe my wedding in one word it would be perfection. It was a dream day come true for me.

It was a traditional, black-tie affair and not a stone was left unturned. From custom plate settings, cold spark fountains, over 300 candles, the world’s longest train and Roc the Panther (H2P)!

Our day encapsulated us as a couple, and we have never felt happier or more loved than we did on our wedding day.
